Domestic Orders

Free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $80 and over. To be eligible for free standard shipping, orders must be placed and shipped within Canada or the USA.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping
Canada Post and USPS Ground are used for free standard shipping. Normal delivery time is 4–6 business days from the ship date.

Priority Mail Shipping
Orders are delivered within 3 business days from the ship date.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday, on weekends, or during holidays will be shipped the next business day.

International Orders

Delivery may take between 7–30 business days, depending on the customs inspection process. All customs duties and tariffs charged by the local customs office are the responsibility of the buyer.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of North America may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are assessed once the shipment reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. noüka.co has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

To be eligible for a refund:

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Important Information:

Orders cannot be cancelled by refusing delivery or by failing to pick up a shipment. Please contact noüka Customer Service before taking any action.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage and insurance.

Please pack your item(s) securely.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Return the item(s) promptly so they arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, full name, and email address inside the return package so we can process your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

All returned products are inspected upon arrival. Refunds are issued only after the returned items have been reviewed and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days after your return is received for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Your refund will include the purchase price and any applicable taxes paid, less any discounts, promotional credits, shipping charges, restocking fees, or previous refunds associated with the order.

Purchases from Other Retailers

Products not purchased directly from www.noüka.co are not eligible for returns or refunds through noüka.

If you purchased your product from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly, as their return and exchange policy will apply.

Damage, Shortage, or Defect

Any damage, shortages, or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send your claim with photos of the entire exterior of the package showing its overall condition, the opened package with the contents and inner packaging clearly visible, and a detailed close-up photo of the damaged item.

We will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
