Canada Post & USPS Ground will be used for free standard shipping. Normal delivery time is 4-6 business days from ship date.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 1 PM EST Friday, on the weekend, or during the holidays will be shipped the next business day.
International Orders
Delivery may take between 7 ~ 30 business days, depending on customs inspection process. All customs duties and tariffs charged by local customs office are at buyer's cost.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of North America may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. noüka.co has no control over these charges, nor can noüka.co predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Returns

- Email us at info@noüka.co within 14 days of delivery to obtain a return address corresponding to your location.
- Pack the item(s) securely. We recommend to track and insure your return package.
- Ship the item(s) as soon as possible so it arrives at our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please make sure to include your order number, email address and your full name with the item(s) so we may refund your method of payment after inspection.
- It’s not possible for you to cancel an order by rejecting or not picking up your order without first giving the information to noüka.co.
- Noüka.co is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.
- We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
- Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund upon receipt at our warehouse.
- We will refund the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- We will refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
Please note: items not purchased directly from www.noüka.co cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. They must be returned to the purchase location.
Damage, Shortage, Defect
Any damage, shortages or defect should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. Send the complain with photos of the entire exterior of the package, showing the overall condition of the package; the opened package, with the contents and inner packaging in the package being clearly visible; and a detailed photo (close-up) of the actual damage to the item. We will handle the complaint as soon as possible.
